Travelling by public transport

• Bus route 645, bus stop "Universität"
• Bus route 615, bus stop "Universität"
• Bus route 603, "Mensa" stop
• Buses "E Universität" and "E Freudenberg campus", bus stop "Universität"
  (The buses only run during the lecture period).

Travelling by car

From the direction of Bochum

• Take the A 43 motorway to the "Wuppertal-Nord" junction
• Motorway A 46 to exit "Wuppertal-Katernberg" (No. 33)
• follow the signs to "Universität"

Coming from Dortmund

• A 1 motorway to "Wuppertal-Nord" junction
• A 46 motorway to exit "Wuppertal-Katernberg" (No. 33)
• follow the signs to "Universität"

Coming from Düsseldorf

• A 46 motorway until exit "Wuppertal-Ronsdorf/Cronenberg" (No. 31)
• on the dual carriageway immediately turn right towards "Wuppertal-Ronsdorf", then through the "Kiesbergtunnel" onto "Viehhofstraße"
• follow the signs to "Universität

From the direction of Essen/Velbert

• Take the B 224 to the "Sonnborner Kreuz" junction
• Take the "Wuppertal-Ronsdorf" exit
• Drive through the "Kiesbergtunnel" onto "Viehhofstraße"
• follow the signs to "Universität"

Coming from Cologne

• Take the A1 motorway to the "Wuppertal-Ronsdorf" exit (No. 94)
• Take the B 51 in the direction of "Wuppertal-Mitte/Wuppertal-Ronsdorf".
• after 1.5 km turn left towards "Elberfeld (Blombachtalbrücke)"
• straight ahead, over the flyover past the water tower, follow the priority road and follow the signs for "Universität" (2nd exit).
